R + K {Maternity Session}

Wow! It has been over a 1/2 year since I have posted anything! The holidays are always a busy time for us. Of course we have to add in hunting season...I have spent several nights in the hospital from my health issues I am still battling...We have been busy calving and working on my barn plans. We have lost a few loved ones and been dealing with our crazy Missouri weather daily! I hope you all have had a great 2016 and are ready to move along with spring! (because it officially starts tomorrow!)
I've done a few sessions in 2016 already but I consider this the start to my shooting year since it was outdoors! I might be a little rusty but I had a blast with this beautiful couple and their soon to be bouncing baby boy due in May. And it's their first child so this is a very exciting time for them. I was honored to capture this special milestone in their lives. As a mother of 3, I will probably remember becoming a mom for the very first time the biggest highlight of my life. Emotions flooded over me that I didn't even know existed. The love you have for your own child is just simply amazing. <3 Enjoy their sneak peek! <3

Lifestyle Newborn Session {Ava}

It's not very often that I get to actually do a lifestyle newborn shoot. I wished more families would choose to do a few like these because I love them! My most favorite type of session. They are just so relaxed and so natural. I hope you enjoy this blog post!

Shaleigh + Tyler {married 7/11/15}

I don't really do weddings. This is my 4th one since I started back in 2011. I made an exception to do this one since it was outdoors and natural light with a rustic theme. It all worked perfectly with my style. I had several great shots from their special day. I picked a few random ones here for you to see. I was dripping with sweat from the mid-July heat but I really did have a great time. (even with a broken toe! ha) This is probably one of my longest blog posts yet! I hope you enjoy!
